Burnett Clinical Group, a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker Professional Corporation ("the practice," "we"), respects your privacy. Clinical records and health information belonging to clients of the practice are protected separately under HIPAA and California law, and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake, not by this website policy.
If you submit our consultation request form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, clinician preference, general availability, and any message you write. If you book through our scheduling calendar, your information is collected and processed by SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant practice management platform, under its own privacy protections. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
Information submitted through this website is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and scheduling your consultation. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or add you to marketing lists.
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Scheduling is provided by SimplePractice. Email is provided by Google Workspace. Each processes information according to its own privacy policy and security practices. Because the website contact form is transmitted through standard web infrastructure, we ask that you save detailed personal or health information for your consultation and intake, which occur within our secure clinical systems.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold from your website inquiry, to request its correction, or to request its deletion, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations. This website does not use advertising trackers and does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals, because it does not track visitors across other websites.
