Consultation & Development

Case consultation, clinical documentation support, licensure exam preparation, and private-practice development for licensed clinicians.

Supervision is provided to meet the Board's weekly requirements for your setting and hours worked, typically one hour of individual or two hours of group supervision in each week you provide services, as currently required by the California BBS for your registration type. We structure your schedule around the requirement so your weeks count.

A note on supervision and employment: participation in supervision does not guarantee employment, placement, clinical hours, or access to Burnett Clinical Group clients. Clinical opportunities within the practice are discussed separately and depend on current practice needs.

Your Supervisor

Supervision from someone who has taught it, run it, and lived it.

I am a doctorate-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker with sixteen years across clinical practice, behavioral health leadership, and graduate social work education. I have taught the clinicians who will treat the next generation, led quality assurance and compliance work inside behavioral health organizations, and supervised associates through the real terrain of early practice: the impossible cases, the documentation that protects you, the ethics that only look simple from a distance.

My philosophy is the same one my clients get: warm, direct, and structured. Supervision here is not a signature on your hours. It is where you become the clinician you intend to be.
